Description: Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab is the culmination of a partnership between Lettuce Entertain You and Joe's Stone Crab, the legendary seafood restaurant of Miami Beach. Joe's features an extensive selection of seafood, flown in fresh daily, to complement the world's finest Florida Stone Crab claws. Joe's features the signature 16 oz. Bone-In Filet Mignon and 22 oz. New York Strip Steak. Matched with Joe's famous side dishes, dinner only gets better when capped with a slice of key lime pie. A lovely space (great view of the bar as you descend the stairs from the washrooms), old-fashioned and professional staff, dizzying menu options. Great martini. As usual we chose the sole with a variety of sides and as always we walked away happy and full. The seasonal side of corn was delicious (more-ish, for sure!). The Caesar is good but not quite up to the sole. We have been a number of times to this Joe’s and also the one in Chicago, it’s one of the few places in the world that is on our “must visit” list basically every time.

We had 1.5lbs of King Crab and fine wine. It was one of the best seafood experiences I have ever had. Simply amazing and worth the price. Everything in this restaurant is 5 star.

Loved our meal. The Restuarant is expensive but worth it. Our waiter was charming, respectful and a real professional.
The crab was fabulous as was the pie.

Joe’s is famous for its crab claws and justifiably so, but I particularly enjoy Joe’s coleslaw which is made at table. My Dover sole was perfectly grilled as was the bone-in filet. Sides of Lyonnaise potatoes and sautéed spinach were served in copious amounts. I also can recommend the banana cream pie. The restaurant is in an old bank building and the extensive bar is in its well preserved lobby.

It is a wonderful restaurant but be prepared to spend money. Great wine list and wonderful appetizers. The crab legs are amazing and they do all the work, so that you can enjoy the meal. The specialty is a bone in filet, which is I’m not sure actually qualifies as a filet. Anyway, it is delicious and a very big cut - but at $55 it should be a big cut. The side items are meant to be shared. The pies are excellent, so make sure you save room for dessert.
