The old Young Chow was an uninspired neighborhood Chinese restaurant, and I was never sure how it survived. The place still has the same name but new management and a new menu. It's now pan-Asian, with Thai, Chinese, sushi, and more. It's still a neighborhood restaurant, but the upgrade is noticeable and welcome. We go regularly, and we've been satisfied each time. I wouldn't drive across town to eat here, but if you are on or near Capitol Hill, you can safely eat here and leave satisfied. Modestly priced, and we found the sushi both good and a bargain.
