Everything at this place is sooooo good! The burger, the fries, the ribeye, the appetizers, the liver, the apple tart. I don't think you could go to wrong with anything on this menu! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!

We had breakfast here, and our food was very good. The service however wasn't. It appeared only two people were working, so we had to refill our own water, and waited a long time for anyone to even come to our table. The redeeming factor was that the food was very good for breakfast. Maybe it was just an off morning for them... I'd recommend the Breakfast Americaine.

I wanted to high higher hopes for this restaurant, but Bistro Bis just didn't deliver. The food did not taste special and our waiter was a bit on the snooty side. Wouldn't go back.

A sweet restaurant adjacent to The George Hotel. We had a really great breakfast our first morning there. We also had a cocktail in the afternoon which was pleasant. Beware, however - it's not inexpensive!

I stopped in at Bis after a long day touring the Capitol's sights and sites. Bis' kitchen were still happy to push plates out at 10.30pm which I really appreciated. Attentive and warm service from the table-side team, and naturally a quick result from the kitchen given the time of night. I really enjoyed the crunch on my macaroni (an upscale version of M&C think gruyere etc) and the sautéed mushrooms were a hit. Look at the menu as they have some terrifically interesting options.
