We cancelled our Restaurant Week cattle-call reservations at Tosca on a Saturday night and dined here instead--and are so glad we did. This neighborhood bistro is always charming and welcoming, unpretentious, inexpensive, and delicious. I had the onglet grille (as I usually do, though memories of a particularly good rack of lamb will remain forever) and my wife the grilled salmon. Both were excellent. The entrees were bookended with a citrus salad of calamari and shrimps and a peach tart. The whole meal, including coffee, was less than $60.
