Stopped by for dinner for my third time and was just going to get the $30 tasting menu, but went full throttle for the regular tasting menu. Was not disappointed. The portion sizes are perfect and one course beautifully flows to the next. Roasted Japanese sweet potato soup, tuna tar tar, day boat scallop with grits, waygu beef medallions, squab confit with antelope sausage plus a multi course dessert. The wine pairing at $55 is a steal also.
eat the bar for a more casual experience.
