Dining here is a very pleasant experience. The atmosphere is ideal for relaxing and conversation. The service is attentive. The food is delicious. It does have its quirks, though, both the curious and the annoying. First the curious: every item on the menu is a combination of different flavours. It's not just fois gras, but fois gras with coffee and fruit (or something like that). What results is delicious, but it is a exercise in creative combinations. And the annoying: the service is very good, but someone has left the fast forward on. Dishes come out with lightning speed. There is barely a breath between one course and the next. I would prefer dining in such pleasant circumstances to last longer. We had reservations at 7 and were out by 8, with 3 courses. I suppose one could request that they slow it down, which I will definitely do the next time.
