If this place were in the burbs, it would be fine. Just another faceless chain restaurant with humongous portions, bad food and simple service. But it is in DC, where there are options. As a result, the restaurant sticks out pretty bad. So the food for a family of four comes on a single portion. The usual issue we all know accross the country. It does not help people to lose weight, nor to eat better. Terrible, terrible

Food was "pretty good". We didn't realize it was a franchise until we ordered. Service was marginal...no silverware. Dessert item was served partially frozen, and when we told our server, he took the plate, and brought it back, saying that was how it was supposed to be served....Nope.

This was the one in a center near George Mason University...not sure if I clicked on the right location....

On travels our Washingon Dc, we found this place as we were after some Italian food!! Location seemed convient.

Upon arrival we stood for 5 minutes awkwardly as the waiters working ignored us it wasn't till we started walking to a table that a waitress told us off and told us to wait.

Finally we were seated and given menus yet again were forgotten about. Menus however looked somewhat promising.

We ordered ministrone soup and seafood pasta and some drinks we were given complemently bread.

Food came out, disappointing soup was cold and tasted like something out of a can. Whilst my partners seafood spagetti looked more like soup and sugary. Surely you can't serve this to people.

Clear to say we won't be back! Rude and horrible service, and grotty food

Loved the appetizers and the pasta. We were there on a Friday evening, so the service was a bit uneven. However the food made up for it.

The food was amazing! It doesn't hurt that it was well priced. I'm getting hungry thinking about it! I'll defintely visit again when I'm in the city.
