Had a meal at the Grill room and it was absolutely delicious. We have dined in five star hotels all over the world and can honestly say that the Exec Chef in Capella Georgetown is one of the best. My preferences were catered to absolutely. The meal was superlative and the service was excellent.

The 4 of us shared 2 starters. The tuna tartare was beautiful as was the winter green salad. For mains three had rib eye on the bone that they said was the best steak they'd ever had (and we eat a lot of steak!) I had the beef rib that was moist, delicious and fall off the bone tender. The portions were generous enough that we were all far too full for dessert! The service was very attentive and friendly.

I went with two friends for a meal on a Friday evening. We were seated immediately and got wonderful attention from our waiter, who explained the courses and described the wines being paired with each one. Each course was top-notch, well-prepared and beautifully presented, with an emphasis on flavor and complementing ingredients. This was one of those memorable meals that seems to make the evening glow, as you sit back feeling very well fed and pampered.

We went for a family dinner on Sunday night. After a few minute walk in a frigite temperature at 30°F we reached at the restaurant situated inside the cozy hotel on the side off 31st St. The restaurant atmosphere was nice, neat and tidy. The menu was clean and easy to follow. There are a mixed of a few sea food and a good selection of beef. The eye catching was a 40 days dry aged Strip lion. However, I chose the Dover Sole. My wife went for the Halibut. Our daughter went for a beef tartar and a braised short rib which was very tender and delicious. My fish was very well cooked and very delicious too. My wife Halibut was a bit sweet due to the puree it was sitting on but the cooking was perfect. The service was very friendly and very attentive.
