“Great in every way”

We stayed here for a few nights and totally loved it. The property is very new, rooms are very nice, clean, and most importantly, very very quiet. A special Thank You to the staff at the front desk and the valets, who made our stay particularly enjoyable. We had some requests that they were quick to accommodate, and there were no issues. One thing perhaps, compared to other hotels: there is no refrigerator or microwave oven in the room (at least not in a 1-King room). Location is fantastic, literally 3 minutes walk to the White House, breakfast is very good too.

Great stay, would come back any time.

Room Tip: We asked for a room away from the elevator and on highest possible floor, which was honored. Really...

Best stay ever! My stay was far from perfect, things happen out of peoples control but I was showered with generosity from the staff at this hotel! Every staff member we encountered was accommodating and cheerful. Two ladies that stood out the most were Lakia and Portia. Not only did they make sure I was well taken care of, they went above and beyond to provide me with area information. I ended up attending the Cherry Blossom festival which was AMAZING! We will be looking forward to returning to this hotel in June!

Great location, helpful staff, easy to use business center, nice free breakfast. Indoor pool a bonus. My kids enjoyed. Only thing that was a bummer is that on one side of the building you are looking right into the building next to you just feet away, and the sound of garbage collection back there in the alley or whatever was deafening and occurred even on Saturday at 7:30. Didn't last too long but it was annoying. Guess that's why they provided the earplugs! But seriously, this hotel was "just enough" and a lot of value for the money given the prime location.

We stayed 2 nights and it was the perfect location to restaurants, the Mall area, White House, Metro, and of course, Starbucks. The service has been outstanding for me staff, you can really tell they care about people and their jobs. The breakfast was very good too. We will be back again.

The hotel was as we expected from their website and previous comments. The location is great for the sites - a particular benefit was that it was easy to walk down and see the White House, the Lincoln Memorial etc at night. Note: The immediate area is very quiet and night, so if you are looking for a lively area, this is not for you. On the other hand, it is well placed for getting to a variety of more lively areas, including Georgetown (Taxi or 32/36 buses) and Dupont Circle (we walked). Being near to the Red and Blue/Orange lines Metro stops was also an advantage

Loved this space! I attended for a work conference (we utilized their conference room, too) and EVERY LAST EMPLOYEE was chipper, helpful, kind, and overall really gracious. The hotel itself is luxurious and modern - especially for a Hampton Inn! Great experience! I'll be back!

Was disappointed that there was not a hot tub even though there was a pool. I am sure the listing called this out somewhere in the details but when we went to use it we found out no hot tub. Other then that location, cleanliness and free breakfast all good. Not sure why we have to write minimum of 200 characters in the review box. That also is starting to make me made and not sure why I am bothering writing this review.
