To start, we have not even arrived yet. I will write a separate review for that. I emailed the hotel and asked for tips regarding activities upon our arrival since I have not lived in DC since 2003. Not only did I receive a lovely response from Jessica, Capella's personal assistant, that was not a form answer but it was really thought through and had lots of suggestions and offers to arrange various activities for us while visiting.
I am really looking forward to our stay, our first impression is quite good! We usually stay in luxury resorts in Asia and when in the US generally Conrad or St. Regis. Can't wait to experience the Capella!More
