we had a reservation for a group of 8 for lunch. About 1/2h after getting there we got the guacamole to share we asked for; then a while later we called our waiter to take the order. After 1h30 in the restaurant we started getting nervous because we had work calling us back to the office. The waiter dismissed our concerns saying he could check but the food would come out before he gets to the kitchen. After 1h45 at the table they brought the food: I had a garden salad instead of the elaborated salad I ordered; another order was missing, and everybody else's was barely warm and looked barely ok. After 2h I got my salad (mango & tuna) and it was tasteless... by that time, like the other table behind us, we complained to the lady who might have been the manager. We asked to get the deserts to go and called them a few times to get our check. ok, they didn't charge for the 2 dish that were missing when they finally served, but it was still quite expensive. We had been there a few weks ago, and although the exerience had been better, the service was a bit slow. We work close by and take out clients often for meals; I will NEVER bring any customer to this restaurant, at least not until they get their act somewhat together. I must say my colleagues had a better experience at the Rosa Mexicano down town, and alsso on the positive sidee their guacamole is quite good. In short, service was the worst I ever experienced, and food was not worth the money.
