I went to Busboys and Poets with a group of friends that live in DC, and they suggested this place even though we were staying in Arlington. It is that good that we just had to make the trip over. The restaurant itself is in what looks like a developing area but there is plenty near by that does not make it seem remote and out of the way. We called ahead for seating and only had to wait a few minutes for them to push two tables together (for our party of 6).
My husband and I split the breakfast burrito and the Oaxaca omelet. He ordered the homefries and I had the grits which were both AMAZING. Probably some of the tastiest homefries I have had in a long time. Mimosas and Bloody Marys were delicious as well.
The place got busy but there is plenty of room. The decor is neat since it looks like a small bookstore in the front. Lots of funky seating throughout the restaurant.
