If you have been to one, then you know what to expect. All restaurants are fairly consistent as far as the food quality goes. Place offers cozy feel and charming atmosphere despite being a "chain restaurant". Our waitress was Svetlana and she was great. Their late's and pastries are great. My kids loved the make-it- yourself hot chocolate (pour melted chocolate into a cup of warm milk). Enjoyed our meal and would definitely come back to this and any other location.

Great spot for getting off your feet and enjoying the bakery, the coffee or the organic, fresh selection of sandwich/salad/soups. The grand centerpiece table for 14+ is a great spot for larger groups...1st come basis, of course.

Great presentation, comfortable seating, service made everyone comfortable.

There were 11 of us. We went here for brunch when we couldn't get into Lincoln's Waffle Shop (it's right up the street). First they were very confused about where we should sit. Our waitress was very slow to come over. She had a few tables, but nothing that a good waitress couldn't handle, especially for brunch. She asked us for our drink order. We all wanted water, which we had to ask for 2 times. She forgot one of our coffees, and took forever to bring it over after we reminded her. She finally came back for our food order. Thank God other wait staff brought it out when it was ready, or we'd probably still be sitting there! She never came back over to ask how things were or to refill our drinks. That's a problem to me when I'm paying $6 for a croissant and $10 for a fancy cereal. We also had to flag her down to get our check. And to add insult to injury, they included an 18% gratuity on the check because of our party size. They did disclose it on the menu, it just was annoying.
All that being said, the food was pretty good. My croissant sandwich with ham, gruyere and mustard was very tasty. The omelets were good and so were the pastries. But the "pot" of coffee was only about 2 cups.

We ate breakfast and once lunch in there. The place is excellent for breakfast! You get a lot for wat you pay and everything is fresh and most of all homemade. The bread is great! Lunch is ok if you are not that much hungry... but the prices in relation is a little bit over the average...

After visting Madame Tussaud's across the street friends and I stopped for a coffee and snack. We shared the cheese platter which came with a delicious assortment of cheeses and breads. I especially enjoyed the bread with raisins in it! The iced green tea, mint lemonade, and chai were all hits with our group. I also enjoyed the turkey tartine very much--it had a delicious spread and yummy avocado. A friend enjoyed the cheese danish. Things were a bit pricey--but seems to be the price you pay for quality. Service was friendly and pretty good.
