This would not be good place if you want to eat real dim sum, but might be interesting if you wanted to experience a different twist on this traditional Chinese cuisine. Please be forewarned because the prices are higher than the traditional Chinese dim sum places, this is not a place that you would go family style… it would cost you much much more. However, they do have interesting dim sum seasonal concoctions that are worth trying out. I went there for lunch, but I noticed they had a rather extensive bar, as most places do in Dupont Circle. As long as you don’t overdo it on the number of plates you order, the food is somewhat lighter than traditional dim sum and doesn’t fill you up as fast. Parking is a HUGE challenge. As I mentioned I went there for lunch and it was tough to find a space and the parking garages around the place were closed on weekends.
