Well organized system for ordering burgers/dogs/shakes and a vegetarian option or two. The only problem with the DC location was limited seating. The food might be ready, but there might not be enough places to sit down and enjoy it.

Nice staff, good food with a bit of a price but still worth the visit. The design of this location is really bad compared to the others and the lines get mixed up and there is a lot of confusion upon pick-up. So don't get a New York attitude in DC and just get out of the way! LOL

Ate here while at the Washington Nationals game. I personally loved the burger, the fries were great, and the chocolate shakes--yum! It's a must do while there!

I know... Washington DC is more expensive, but 3 burgers, 1 order of fries, and 3 drinks were almost $40. Burgers were recently rated the best... and that is why we went. They were good, but hard to find a table and a little pricy. Worth a visit at least once.

We stopped in for a quick burger but it turned into a wait. The lines and wait were long. The burgers were greasy and the house sauce was not tasty, in my opinion. The French fries were krinkle fries that seemed straight out of a frozen bag of fries. They were a disappointment. In a burger joint the fries just need to be right! If you are looking for a burger alternative your choices are limited. I was hoping there might be a salad available but I was out of luck. The kids ordered shakes for dessert and the shakes were way too sweet to really enjoy. The cashiers were not friendly and never said "thank you" or went out of their way to help. The best part is the price. It is pretty cheap for DC but you get what you pay for.(no kid's meal, fyi)
