The concept is based on the famous L'Entrecôte (relais de venise) and its several copies in France (salad, "culotte" steak with a refill and fries). The salad and meat were good and the fries excellent. We brought our own wine and it cost 12$ which is reasonable. Service was efficient and friendly. The sauce with the steak is interesting, with a mushroom taste, although not as good as the one from the Paris original (which is a well kept secret). A great DC dining experience and an excellent value.
