Our family stayed in the hotel for one night! It was clean and the staff was pleasant and helpful! Check in and out was easy! The night club was not an issue since we stayed on the opposite side of the hotel. The beds are a bit hard but my husband was finally happy.
Pool was small but the kids had a great time! The soa did not work which we were really looking forward to after a long day of touring DC. The gym was clean and equipped enough to get in a decent workout.
Super close to the metro which is super easy to use;)
There is also a super market and a few restaurants right near the hotel.

Great hotel, very friendly staff, indoor pool and hot tub, very clean and comfortable.
Me and my son Aidan stayed for two nights. Market next door with pizza and high end take out. Breakfast restaurant next door. One stop from Union Station with more restaurants. One block from Metro Station, very convienent. Pool a little small but nice. Great adjustable beds. Good security. Ice makers convienent. Up and coming area.

Room Tip: 1023 was very nice. Friends had 712 very big

Perfect hotel for family trip to DC. Metro is right around the corner and price is almost half of similar properties. Understand, it is not the W, but a tremendous product for the cost. A to complaints about the parking fee, try and find one in DC without it. One hint, great breakfast next door at Harris Teeter. Get a bagel, donut, or hot breakfast quickly and on the cheap. If back at hotel for lunch, Potbelly's next door has a fantastic sandwich.

We stayed here 2 nights while visiting DC as tourists. The location is great, just a one block walk to the metro. The metro is very easy to navigate and we really did not need our car. Service at the hotel was very friendly, prompt and helpful. Although valet parking was a little expensive at $30/night, it included in and out privileges and very little waiting when we needed the car.

Our room on the 12th floor was quiet and spacious. Bathroom was large and modern but it had no vent and even the light switch for the bathroom was located outside the bathroom. The biggest problem was that the beds were extremely hard, like a board. There are dials on each side of the mattress to allow guests to adjust firmness, but even on the softest setting we could detect no change. Also the pillows, while comfortable, were the small kind so that you need extra pillows just to get comfortable. In addition, the thermostat could not be lowered below a certain temperature, so that we were uncomfortably warm at night. Since comfort is our #1 priority when traveling, we would not stay at this hotel again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on a high floor on the side of the hotel opposite the nightclub.

Hello! Thank you so much for commenting on your stay with us. I am sorry to hear that you didn't like the comfort of your bed. It sounds like there may be a problem with your specific mattress adjustment setting, and I will have engineering check on it. We have smart eco-friendly thermostats installed in the guestrooms, which allows the temperature to adjust all the way down to 65 degrees. I do hope you will return so that we can properly demonstrate our commitment to your comfort.

Sincerely,

Rich Lingenfelter

Great stay for the hearing impaired. Nightclub booms across the street. If you are staying on the weekend bring earplugs. I asked for some from the front desk and got the last pair.
