Great food, great service, and great drinks!

A great place to go on a Sunday if you are in the Columbia heights area. Can get crowded, but service was fast and the food was great.

Went to this place with a group of 8...had something for everyone, including kids. They even have smoothies but they were a little watered down. As for the beer, I had the flight so I tried a bunch...they were very good. The food was good too...had the shrimp and grits and it was very flavorful! Only complaint is that they forgot one of the things I ordered as an appetizer so I didn't get to try it...but the rest of the service and food made up for it!

Now this is the freshest, healthiest food I have had in a long time. You can taste the fresh ingredients. I had a tilapia club sandwich bursting with flavor. The homemade cole slaw was crisp and fresh. The smoothies were fraught with the best, organically grown ingredients. Great atmosphere as well. Vegetarian options are available. I wish this was available in Texas! So good!

We had a group of 7 adults and one 2 y.o. Three moms in the bunch! I picked The Heights based on reviews from Trip Advisor among other sites as having a great brunch, location, and being kid friendly. The reviews were spot on! The brunch menu was diverse and although four of our group opted for French Toast, the remaining picked varying dishes. Everyone was well satisfied with their choices. My 2 y.o. thoroughly enjoyed her French Toast Sticks - as did everyone else who sampled from her plate when she petered out - they were amazing! The cocktail list was solid as well and service was very good. The server even asked if anyone in our group had a food allergy he should alert the kitchen about. That was a nice touch and my 2 y.o. has to avoid certain nuts. If you take Metro, the Columbia Heights stop is a block away. If you drive, there is limited street parking in nearby neighborhoods but there is a garage nearby the restaurant validates so you only pay $1. I highly recommend The Heights.

This place is amazing. They have hands down the best wings EVER. Service is top notch, very friendly without being intrusive. Great for single diners, which I usually am since I hit this place before or after a Target run. Fantastic patio during the season, it is huge. Never a long wait on a beautiful day. They also do this pig roast on the patio every spring which is not to be missed by porkophiles. Only drawback, they stopped serving Bud Light, boooo, hisss
