“Good steak and seafood, quiet even though it is popular”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 4, 2013

A great location for a great meal. The steak and the fresh catch are both marvelous, and the wait staff makes the meal relaxed and well-attended. Lunch entrees are a delightful alternative to the sandwich fare near the sights of DC,

“Overrated and way too much salt for anyone's taste!”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 22, 2013

Expensive and clearly overrated. The calimari dish was so crispy that you could not tell there was any calimari inside. The worst dish, however, was my cod entre. The kitchen used so much added salt that I had to send my dish back to the kitchen (no it was not salt cod). It was inedible. There really is no reason to over salt food. Not only is it unhealthy, but the salt covers up the real taste. If the fish is fresh, there is no reason to use more than a pinch of salt. Any restaurant that uses as much salt as this one did gets a poor review from me. Restaurateurs, please listen!

“great food”

The food was wonderful and came out quickly, but the wine service was quite slow. The resturant overall was quite loud as well.

“Staff needs work, but Great Happy Hour Food”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 8, 2013

The hostesses were a bit disorganized, seating us without menus and our waiter complained that he had been there for a 12 hour shift; but the food was delicious. We had the happy hour appetizers, which were a good value and had the Coast to Coast appetizer off the regular menu which was awesome. Maybe the staff was having an off week. We would try it again.
