So stayed in this hotel for around 5 days and found out many issues. The room sizes were small for sure and I was not very happy about the same. Some of the guys were not good in customer service whereas others such as Melissa and Dee were amazing. Wrote descriptive email to the manager of the hotel to get things in order and hopefully will not be seeing those issues later. BEST PART free snacks all the time!

Great business hotel with OUTSTANDING staff
Rm 207 - easy access from BLUE line at Farragut North (EAST exit) - would stay at this hotel again - great VZ LTE phone signal with 5 bars throughout room - FREE Internet ( ~12 Mbps) - breakfast at 'Park Place' around the corner +++++, CVS 1/2 block away, 7-11 1/2 block away, McD 1 block away (NOT 24 hrs!!!), Starbucks is 1 block away

Free cold filtered water with bottles supplied by hotel - microwave, keurig & fridge in room - friendly & helpful desk staff - especially Missy!! Super knowledgeable about food places.

Amazing Staff!!
Club Quarters is a clean, affordable hotel, right in the thick of typical D.C. attractions, being only 5 mins walk from the White House. I like the creative ammeneties offered by CQ, such as free snacks and soda, as well as a filtered bottle water refilling station, seemingly on every floor.

But the thing that impressed me most about my stay here was the quality of service provided by the staff, front desk attendant "Missy" in particular. She was AMAZING!!! Upon checking us in, she realized how tall I was and decided the assigned room wouldn't work for us due to its small space and full sized bed. Instead she spent minutes scouring through all the hotel's rooms, looking for an available King size bed to put us in.

After that, we inquired about microwaves and then she switched our room again, just to ensure we would get both the king bed, and a microwave! I really appreciated her help as my fiancé and I would've been uncomfortable in a full size bed. I would recommend CQ to anyone traveling in the D.C. area.

Quality Customer Service and Location
I am frequently in DC for business, and I always choose to stay at Club Quarters. CQ offers remarkably a homelike environment which makes the business purpose of my trips seem less like being on the road for work. The entire staff is caring, friendly, and provide superior/impeccable customer service. I am compelled to highlight the noteworthy effort of Missy, the evening Customer Service Manager - Missy is incredible. It is not uncommon for me to travel 40-45 weeks a year, and I have never met her match. I can't think of a need I've presented Missy with that she didn't find a way to make ti happen!

Disapointing.
We came here as part of our honeymoon - this was the second stop we made in the US. To be honest, i was a bit dissapointed. We were met by a friendly chap in reception who had a bit of a chat with us and recommended some nice places to eat locally, however he was the only person to actually acknowledge us in our stay. We stayed for two nights, the room was ok - nothing special and the TV wasn't working properly. The staff weren't overly friendly, we asked if we could borrow an umbrella when it was torrentially raining outside, to be told that we couldn't and on our check out, we weren't asked how our stay was or whether we'd had a nice time.
Its a pity because the hotel looks the part, the rooms aren't too bad and the complimentary snacks/cold water is a lovely touch. If the staff perked up and worked on talking more - instead of looking at their screens all the time and not even acknowledging people when they walk past - it would be a good place to stay.
Sorry for the 2* review, but to be honest, out of the entire 2 weeks of our stay in the US - this was the only disappointing place we stayed (and the service was just so awful compared to the other hotels we stayed at) - especially on our honeymoon.

Excellent one night stay
On arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by a friendly man named Thomas. It had been raining badly that day and we were early to check in. Thomas offered to take our bags into the cloakroom so we could go out sightseeing. He also offered us to use the restrooms and get some water before we went out. When we came back, he had delivered our bags to our rooms. Thomas gave an excellent personal service to us.

The hotel was very central, offers large comfortable rooms. The toiletries were excellent. The room had a capsule coffee pod machine, microwave and large smart tv. The hotel offers free distilled water on every floor. It even has a club room where you can use their computers including an iMac and printers for free. The room offers comfy seats, snacks like m&ms and fruit, tea and coffee plus canned sodas.

We had an excellent stay in the hotel and would highly recommend it!!
