When I arrived the Front Desk Agent was polite and very accommodating.

My housekeeper Zineb was so attentive, kind and respectful. My mother was visiting and elderly and Zineb attended to her room request like no other.

Just a great stay & I will be back!

Amazed
I am usually nervous about traveling due to my asthma. Hotel rooms are a huge trigger. I was really impressed by the cleanliness of club quarters. The room was implacable. The stuff was extremely warm & friendly. They were helpful with providing information. The hotel was close to everything. I have found my new spot in D.C. I will def be back.

Functional business hotel close to White House
Club Quarters is in a good location, close to the White House (although you need to walk a fair way to get around the other side if you want the classic White House photo).

I stayed in Room 311. It has a queen bed, large desk, coffee maker, TV (although it was a bit snowy), and plenty of power sockets. The bathroom has a shower (no bath) and a hairdyer. There is no in-room safe, fridge or minibar. The furnishings are not ultra-modern, but they’re OK.

The staff were very helpful.

The metro (subway) entrance is right next door, although it is not open on weekends, so I had to walk a couple of blocks to another entrance. The metro connects to DCA airport, which is very convenient.

Completely disappointed
For starters the room was dirty, there were water bottles and candy under the bed, hair in the bathroom, the staff was indifferent they seemed not to care of the customer service aspect of there jobs that they were supposed to be providing, you felt like you were bothering them. I had a house man and a housekeeper enter my room without knocking I actually was get dressed when the house man walked in. The wrong card was charged I had a card on file just to hold the room, when I came to check out the room the front desk tells me she already checked me out and charged the card even though I already explained to her at check in that I wanted to pay in cash when I leave, she said well it was already done and couldn't be reversed. Then to add insult to injury they wouldn't give me my incidental fee back in cash even though thats the way I payed them she said it was put on the credit card, the credit card that wasn't supposed to be charged in the first place. They were clueless about the surrounding area no knowledge of sightseeing or stores or maybe they just didn't care. Horrible customer and service dirty rooms never coming again. The location in Philadelphia is the only reason I can here so disappointed. Maybe the location in Philadelphia set the bar too high.

I am very impressed,
it was such a unique experience that i had in this particular hotel. Their service were impressive and all hotel employ were very friendly. specifically one guy whose name is Dereje helped me loading my very huge luggage without hesitation. it is not about how heavy the luggage was but the smile and the attitude that i read from his face is really genuine. i will definitely visit again. Thank you!!

Great location and service
I stayed in club quarters dc with my family for 2 days, very nice location, close to White House, restaurants and metro station. Our room was very clean and neat but we need to call for extra towels. We had sofa bed room which is not comfortable mattress, the next day we had to talk to front desk girl and she send the supervisor Eyole to see our room and he talk to us very friendly and moved us to new sofa bed my kids were very happy. Definitely We will stay in club quarters our next trip to dc.
