We had a large group spanning many ages. The house is solid and able to let young children go to bed early, while adults watch a Yankees game downstairs. Try doing that in a hotel! The kitchen had a nice communal feel and while the only meal we ate in the house was breakfast, it would easily be a pleasant and spacious place to cook. Quiet neighborhood made for great sleeping and the added bonus of parking passes let us all park on the street. It wasn't hard to find spaces. While we didn't have any downtime, there is a nice private patio out back that looked like a good place to relax. The keypad entrance took all the drama of "who has the keys!" away. Host was fast to respond.
