“Great Day for a game”

A full ballpark on saturday due to a friday rainout, and free Big/Rich concert. I bought a walkup ticket for $42, right field lower level about 10 rows off the field. Definatley not a retro stadium in the mode of Camden Yards, but a great stadium to watch a game. Easy access via metro and plenty to do before and aftwr the game. Downside is subways and buses stop at 1:00am. This can cause a little anxiety if you hang out too long after the game.

Nicely laid out, close to metro, excellent food and beverages. Like most ball parks this place is pricey. Beers run $8.00, dogs about the same. But I guess we have to pay for our stars somehow.
There isn't a bad seat in this park but I would recommend night games. We went in July, in the heat, and the seat was literally burning our thighs it was so hot. We spent a lot of the game up at the shady concession area.

There isn't a bad view in the stadium, I particularly LOVE that you can see the field from the mail level when you get up to get a drink or use the restroom. The standing room only area in Centerfield is one of my favorite places to watch the game.

The park offers incredible off field venues for eating, drinking and relaxing. Very easy to reach via Metro. Not a bad seat in the house.
