We were there durning veterans day weekend. This just takes your breath away and breaks my heart. As my grandfather served durning the Korean war. Seeing all the veterans at the memorial truly while they are laying the wreaths was just amazing but heart breaking.

Walked through this monument on a bright, sunny day. Seeing the soldiers through the grass let’s you imagine the brotherhood they shared. At the entrance there are wreaths laid from different battalions remembering the ones they lost. The wall beside the garden statues has images engraved of men and women lost in the Korean War. Just as moving as the list of names at the Vietnam Memorial.

This is a very powerful memorial and very well displayed to honour the fallen for this conflict. It is located off in the tree line so follow the pathway and it will become obvious. This memorial speaks to you and is very impressive. It also honours the coalition which I appreciated.

I don't like war memorials in general. I compare the gesture to a mob hitman putting flowers on the graves of the people he killed himself. That said, if you visit this one during the photographic "golden hour" (around sunrise or sunset), it's hard not to be moved by the dreariness of the figures. I've seen this one many times, and if you get a chance, go see it early in the morning after a light snow.

We visited the memorial at night. It was so beautiful and powerful to see the soldiers emerging out of the bushes. Highly recommended at day and night.

This memorial really evokes the feelings and emotions of the soldiers walking towards the unknown. The statues are lifelike and walking through the grass brings a haunting feeling to the memorial. The etched pictures on the marble wall evoke a feeling of ghosts, but also recognising all the groups of people who participated in the war. It is an unforgettable memorial

This memorial is quite haunting, the setting gives the impression men fighting in swamp like conditions. The phrase Freedom is not free is very true. What I found moving was the number of Korean people visiting the site.

Fascinating sculptures that seem to follow you where you go. Visited at night would like to visit in day time.
