“thoughtful memorial”
Reviewed May 24, 2013

It is worth a visit, tasteful artistic touches with real life statues.
Try to visit on a sunny day.
The park next is full of memorials....

“A powerful memorial”
Reviewed May 24, 2013

Just off to the side of the Lincoln, the Korean War Memorial should not be missed. This is most powerful at night, and worth it in the rain. It makes it so much more realistic.

“A time to remember”
Reviewed May 24, 2013

This place has very special meaning to me as my father fought in the Korean War, was wounded and received the Purple Heart. Our young men fought for freedom in a country they probably had never heard of and for people they did not know.

“Beautiful”
Reviewed May 23, 2013

Tucked beside the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool this memorial is multi-dimensional with sculpture and a granite wall with haunting images. Very well done.

“Beautiful Memorial to Korean Veterans”
Reviewed May 22, 2013

This memorial is sobering and thoughtful. To see the soldiers out on patrol looking for the enemy gives one the "chills". My friends told me that wherever you are the soldiers eyes follow you. It was a peaceful May morning when I visited.
