The body language and facial expressions really said a lot about the struggles of these soldiers and the sacrifices that they made.
I would love to go back again in the evening, my daughter tells me the reflections onto the wall are incredible.

I was familiar with the Korean War, having lived there a few years and studied some of the battles. The Memorial brought back memories and heavily touched my heart. I recommend a visit. It is near the Dr. Martin Luther King memorial and the WW II magnificent theater.

A must see for anyone visiting DC. The Korean War Memorial is totally different from any of the other War Memorials. Amazing! Don't forget to look at the wall and see the soldiers looking back out at you!

Definitely liked the field of bronze(?) slightly larger than life statues. Nothing to do but walk around it but worth a look when near the Lincoln memorial.
