“Love this museum”
Reviewed September 10, 2013

We loved this museum. We are a family of 6 with 4 kids ranging from 11 to 18. They all loved it. There was a lot to do for the young kids. There was a section with fun hands on things for the kids. These are great museums especially that they are free. I wish they were opened a little later - there is too much to see in the area. We will definitely go back.

“An excellent museum situated near to Dulles Airport”
Reviewed September 10, 2013

A huge collection of aircraft ancient and modern. It was great to see the space shuttle, Enola Gay, the last Concord and the sinister looking spy plane.

“Duly impressed”
Reviewed September 10, 2013

I was duly impressed by the Air and Space museum, and the guy who gave us the tour - a real pilot and volunteer guide - gave a breathtaking account of the Apollo program. I liked it so much I went there twice.

“Fascinating Exhibits”
Reviewed September 10, 2013

II loved it. The story of flight from the early days to the space age is there. The IMAX film on flight was great. I wish there had been more time. If you like flying and things that fly this is the place to go. Some of the early planes are amazing you wonder how they ever got off the ground and did not fall apart in mid air. Then you get the space exhibit and wonder the same thing.

“Something for everyone”
Reviewed September 9, 2013

Im not a huge aviation fan and I even enjoyed the displays and the aircraft hanging from the ceiling and the information displays. Easy to get through without having to stop at everything.
