Rented 2 bikes for a day. Rough start, seats started to slip after about 15 minutes and it took awhile to get them readjusted and a lot of stregnth to tighten them.
Once that was done they were nice bikes for cruising the DC mall.
Upon return, (and i know it was a hot day) the computers were not operational, there was no back-up manual system to move customers out and the male clerk was "testy" because he did not know how to work without the computer and almost treated customers like it was their fault. Multi tasking seemed to frustrate him.
I will say that the young lady was at least pleasant and apologetic. She was his junior and stuck as well as unfamiliar as to what to do when the computer was out.
You should also add the locations of the bike stands to your maps. When going to monuments we spent way to much time trying to find them in the "bike friendly" city
