“Cool Place”
Reviewed April 28, 2012

So many Smithsonian museums all around the National Mall, but the Museum of Natural History is one of my favorites. If you haven't been there to see the Hope Diamond yet, you are truly missing out!

“Great for children”
Reviewed April 27, 2012

It didn't seem as impressive to me as it would have if I was a kid. There were lots of exhibits with animals, dinosaur fossils, etc... Again, it would definitely be something not to miss if you have young ones.

A great opportunity to see a Nat History Museum for free! Similar to others only without the pricey admission

Love this museum! I have already visited the NMNH in NY and this museum is as good as the other one.

“Wonderful for kids and families!”
Reviewed April 27, 2012

From the minute you walk in, you will be in awe of the magnificent sights and animals! This is such a well done museum. It's one of the very best in DC! The animals are amazing, as are the gems, Hope Diamond, butterflies, etc.. There is something for everyone! Be sure to take photos in the Rotunda; it is beautiful!
