Had breakfast on patio one breezy September morning. A great people watching spot with friendly service and lots of food. A giant basket of french pastries is brought over and it was fantastic. Not the usual old fruit pastries and rolls. Two giant chocolate croissants, two plain croissants and a couple of raisin cinnamon rolls. Since it was only two of us, we were stunned. Easily could have done fine having one of these each. Just so rich, delicious and not overly greasy. One with a cup of coffee would have been fine. My fellow diner ordered the breakfast sandwich that came open faced and enormous with eggs, cheese, meat on a giant bagel with fruit and yummy breakfast potatoes. I had the berry crepes since its something I normally wouldn't make at home. While it was a lovely plate, the berry sauce and cooked berries on the inside was just too much. Now don't get me wrong, love berries, but this was so sour that it was just overwhelming when you have cooked berries inside, berry sauce poured over it and fresh berries on sides. However, service was so darn good and it was just such a nice open and airy spot. Loved the fact that tables weren't all pushed together so one could breathe and have privacy. for breakfast was a lot of fun and easy. P.S. Can't comment on price since we paid ahead of time a a deep discount.
