We went on a coach to Los Angeles. It was long but well worth it. We were picked up at Caesars at six in the morning and went across the Mohave Desert and Death Valley to LA. We were given breakfast on the coach and also lunch was provided. We were taken to Santa monica beach for a couple of hours and then across to LA. We saw where the rich and famous live and was a fab experience. We were then taken to Hollywood and left to wander, it was a great day. We arrived back about half nine at night, tired but invigorated. Well worth the effort.

Thought at first that we were duped on the net when booking as the company did take its time to reply, however the confirmation did come through in time for our trip. We had a complimentary upgrade to a limo which was great as we had not been in one before. It arrived before it was due and dropped us off at the helicopter office. The wait while we were organized was longer than we needed but that was because we had to wait for the return of the first visit. However we were not worried by the wait. The safety video was played through twice for the benefit of late arrivals. On the whole, the registering process was ok. The pilot we ad was very professional, made sure that all seatbelts were done up correctly, all our ear phones were working. The German couple with us had a German commentary playing through their earphones. The views were spectacular all through the 45 min journey, these being made even more so due to the fantastic weather we were having. We landed to have our own picnic lunch and a glass of champagne. The return trip gave us a view of the strip. On the whole, I would certainly recommend this trip, it was good value for money.

Nothing but excellence in every aspect from the limousine pick-up at our hotel; the check-in at the airport; the review of the safety procedures; the 45-minute flight each way; the lunch in the Grand Canyon...all absolutely outstanding. Our pilot Bob was a font of knowledge and made the trip exhilirating. A must see and do.

We took All Las Vegas tour to the Hoover Dam with optional Lake Mead Cruise. It was on Sept. 19, 2012. Lake Mead is beautiful and the Dam a wonder. With that said, this tour company is a horrible and very disorganized. We arrrived 20 minutes late via shuttle to the terminal. The whole time the shuttle driver was complaining about his pick up itineary and how it wasn't time efficient. At the terminal, we were herded into buses by colored stickers we recieved at check in. It was soon apparent that some had the wrong colored sitckers on. The colors indicated if we were going on the cruise or not and some had a color for a helicopter tour. That took forever to straighten out and the employees were confused and very flustered. Then they realized we had too many people and not enough seats. One employee even shouted out, "How many seats does this bus have?" After 35 minutes of delay, our bus driver jumped on. A pleasant man with a fun sense of humor. BUT, the first thing he told us was he was really just a mechanic and not a tour guide and he wasn't real good at talking to a group!!! "But I'll get ya where you have to go!" Turns out his cheery personality saved the day...great guy. Even though he was fun, he wasn't prepared for this being thrown on him and I am sure we missed out on some important narrative. Hoover Dam was very crowded and we were too rushed. I wouldn't reccommend the power plant tour...loud and hard to hear. Spend time on top and walk around. We had no time for the exhbits at all. Then on to our Lake Mead Cruise....we had to wait again at the pier entrance beacuse our driver did not have our tickets. A car came flying in (his boss) and gave the attendant the tickets...totally flustered. The cruise was fun and a so-so sub sandwich lunch.
This tour could be done cheaper and more relaxed on your own with a rented car. Go to the dam and be prepared to wait in line. Skip the tour and just read the exhibits and walk on top....it is beautiful. If you want to cruise, book your curise ahead of time and drive there yourself. We took another tour to the Grand Canyon....different company and it was excellent....just stay away from All Las Vegas tours!

It was definitely great to take this helicopter tour, but for the price we paid it would have been nicer to spend a bit more time and explore the Canyon itself on foot, or even by landing in other areas.
Basically we fly there (amazing views for sure), we land and in a small area for about 30min max to take some pics and eat our free lunch (incl. champagne) and then head back.
The limo that picked us up from the hotel was also a bit old and there was no music or entertainment.
Still a great experience, which we recommend if you can afford it.
