Went to this brand new eatery in what feels like someone's living room (because it is), just past the 'main' intersection in town, and was very pleased. As we had met the owner previously, we got a substantial discount on the meal, the shrimp dinner was the best we had in Cuba, also because it wasn't an overwhelming amount of food. The mojitos were also the best restaurant-version on the entire trip. For the still limited dining-out scene in Trinidad, this may be your best bet.
