The tunnels are very interesting and full marks to the group of volunteers who have made these available for public viewing. However make sure you take your own torch. We hired torches but one of these failed deep into the tunnels and as there were only the two of us we were not game to keep on exploring in case the other one gave out. There is no lighting in the tunnels and there are some stairs.
