A fabulous location and stylish accomodation with a real Kiwi feel. Great bush views and a short walk to the beautiful Onetangi beach. Perfect for any occasion!

1 review “A perfect retreat!”
We had an amazing time. It was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 year old daughter. It was so much bigger than I expected & had everything we needed plus more. The location was perfect so close to a beautiful beach & a cool cafe.

“A fantastic place to stay”
We stayed at Grasshopper for 6 nights and really enjoyed all it had to offer. It is set amongst native bush but a short walk (10 minutes) to the beach and local cafes.

“Fantastic accomodation, house was filled with sunlight . Home away from home”
Funky art adorns this home away from home from first moment you walk inside the door. Apex window in the high ceiling in dining room makes the place airy and light. Doors open to deck with bush views. Very private.
All amenities you need plus close to beach. Owners easy to communicate with. Definately would recommend to friends . Left feeling relaxed and refreshed!

“Comfortable and well equipped”
This property was booked for a long weekend with a friend. I found the property to comfortable and well equipped. There was good heating (essential in winter), comfortable beds, a shower with great water pressure. From the property it's a fairly easy walk (with a hill) to the beach.
I found the owner to be helpful and accommodating.
I would stay here again.
