We joined for a tour of the little blue penguins and we were amazed! It was totally different from what you get elsewhere (with hundreds of people sitting and waiting for the penguins) - here it was in a small, personal group, it felt "real". You just walk across the fields and look down to the shore line. You are provided with binoculars and you can also see the many birds out on the sea, waiting for darkness to come home. We were shown a chick which they found and tried to rescue, it was really touching your heart. Most of respect for those people who did save the blue penguin, without further help, with a lot of voluntary work. Great job!
