Excellent facilities in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Also a great little restaurant that sells the local beer and great food. You should try the "lauterbrunnen rosti" which I must admit that I have one each time I visit this campsite. Friendly owners Ruth and Hans with great friendly staff too. I've been visiting this campsite every year since 2010 and hopefully be visiting for years to come.

Stayed here during the winter for the first time (have stayed during the summer a number of times). I must say the location is as equally breathtaking at this time of year as in the summer. We stayed in the very well equipped and warm bungalow which was perfect for our needs as a family of 4 (2 young children aged 8 & 5). We are always impressed by the friendly staff who genuinely show an interest in you and want to make your stay as great as possible. The free ski shuttle to and from the station is great and although we love the walk into Lauterbrunnen after a long day of skiing it's nice to just hop on the bus!! As well as the skiing the kids loved the sledging and ice skating in Wengen. So much to do both in winter and summer. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times and found the food to be better than in some other restaurants in lauterbrunnen and Wengen, as well as the atmosphere and price! We will definitely be returning soon and can't thank Ruth and the team enough for making our stay such a great experience (again!!).

Location: easy to access from Interlachen by train. We flew in via Zurich. From there easy by bus, train or funicular to get to various locations. They have a free shuttle that runs frequently between the train station and the camping (but only a 10 min walk anyway). The campgrounds are in a beautiful location with mountains and waterfalls all around.

Facilities: we stayed 2 people in a RV. There wasn't a lot of space but well equipped with dishes and cutlery. There is a mini market on site so can buy things to make meals. They have sleds to borrow for free (and a small hill very close). I think there is even an ATM on site.

Restaurant: good pizza. On weekends when it is busy the service gets a little rude.

Service: the front desk staff is excellent. They are locals and clearly love the place and will recommend great things to do. The guy in the bar was really friendly too.

Switzerland is expensive but this place is a great value.
