I almost didn't visit this place since there weren't a lot of reviews about it but following the advice of the person at the hotel I went there and what an amazing surprise it was...taking the elevator inside the mountain to go and see where the glaciers waters come to show their presence...not to miss.

Overpriced at 11CHF (10CHF if you have local travel pass). It may be am amazing place in itself that this waterfall is bringing down the water from 3 major mountains (Eiger, Monch & Jungfrau) and it is the biggest waterfalls in Switzerland, but as a spectator you have nothing much to see apart from a big winding water body gushing down at a nasty speed.. The other waterfalls that you see normally while travelling are much more prettier.

We hired some bikes and rode along to Trummelbach Falle and was really impressed. The sheer power of the water was incredible along with how cool the water was. Its like nothing I had ever seen before. Not to expensive to get up there and see.

I thought this was a good rainy day activity but it turns out it is a good activity period. You get up close and personal with huge torrents of water inside a mountain -- about as unusual as it sounds.

Easy access off the trail through the valley floor, and only minutes from the lift up to Gimmelwald. Maybe a bit overpriced for what you actually see, but keep in mind the money goes to preservation.
