My partner and I had arranged a white water rafting trip on our own, had pre-paid the trip, and then got stood up by the company due to a misunderstanding. We stumbled in to Airtime and they helped us sort the whole thing out and rebooked us on another trip later that afternoon. They made sure we wouldn't get charged twice and that everything was squared away, even though they didn't have anything to do with the original reservation. They saved the day!
