We dropped into this Brauhaus ( Brewery) Wirtshaus Brauerei Familie Girrer by coincidence . We came in just before theri closing time but the elderly elegant lady ( Grandma Girrer ?) welcomed us very warmly . We tremendously enjoyed their stuffed chicken and Hirschragout ( a sort of venison goulash) . Both dishes were simply excellent examples of home cooking the way it used to be 50 years ago. We also enjoyed the very professional and friendly service and the delicious home brewed beer. Brauhaus Familie Girrer is a very traditional family business and the 'Bauernstube' is full of memorabilia of times gone bye.
You can also buy their beer ( go for the uniquely bottled 1 liter) but beware : it has to be consumed within a month - being all natural, without preservatives !
