If you are going to Skagen and the tip of Denmark, I would recommend to have lunch at this place. We went there on a sunny summer day with our daughter (7 years old).
They have a childrens menu, and she got the chicken and some chips, a perfect meal in her eyes...
My girlfriend got the chicken salad, and if you think it is a traditional salad, you will be surprised. It is more like a spread - and the bread that you get is perfect for the dish. I had the fried herring and it was good, but I kind of forgot that I don't really like herring that much - so any complaints about the dish would be childish. But I tried their home brewed beer, and it was very good.
