Place with a medieval feeling. Russia right next to the castle.
Medieval market at the castle yard was excellent!

However, the castle was under construction, we were allowed to get in and had a tour. The castle looks really small and boring but from the inside is pretty interesting. The tower and views are definitely the best, as you can nice see the border and thourgh the other side to Russia. There's lots of stairs to get through.
The reconstruction can be really helpful.

So glad I saw this. It was a bit scary though and I felt very vulnerable that close to Russian border. There wasn’t muCh to see though. So cold and icy. You are really near these here. The sea was frozen solid just like a wand had suddenly froze in its waves. Amazing to see
