I only have one dinner opportunity in Riga during my vacation. So I picked the no. 1 restaurant in town. The chef is very creative. The dishes presentation is great and taste is unique. The waitress brought all kinds of tools to prepare the dessert. Very funny. I loved the experience. It's not just food, but the performance and entertainment as well.

Amazing food, great experience. I expect it to get a star when Michelin visit. Some of the wine pairings was slightly off but never less than good. Mostly great.

This restaurant is certainly an excellent venue to celebrate a special occasion The menu choices are creative and the ingredients well sourced. My Foie Gras Ravioli starter included truffles in the thinly-wrapped pasta parcels and was delicious, as was the Japanese Wagyu beef main course. An innovative amuse bouche looked like a colourful pea green 'soup' decorated with edible flowers, however, the 'soup', when cracked open, revealed some parma ham.

From our arrival, where we were warmly greeted, the service was excellent and all staff were very knowledgable, informative and friendly. it was a most enjoyable evening and highly recommended.

Vincents: The service was solid but unspectacular; however the wine list abd the 3 amuse bouche’s or intercourses were very special and all dishes were quite good. The starters ranged from delicate fois gras ravioli to smoked salmon to salmon tartare. All were very good. Similarly with the entrée’s—the grilled salmon was cooked to perfection, the halibut was very good, the leg of lamb was super. The desserts were well done. The wine list was quite good with very solid wine for the cost

We had dinner for two at Vincent’s and took the tasting menu. As is usually the case, they give you much more than that, like small appetizers and desserts. Everything was delicious. Lots of tasty ingredients brought from different parts of the world, innovative ways to fix them, varied flavors. Our waiter was very kind and likable. The only downside was that the staff was a bit pushy trying to persuade us to order more glasses of wine than what we wanted. I do not think that is necessary, given that you have already accepted to pay more than a hundred euros for each. Anyway, we enjoyed it and would go back.
