This modern hotel is situated in a pleasant locale close to shops and a hypermarket across the river from the old town which can be reached either by a 5 minute bus journey or a scenic 20 minute walk. The hotel suited us fine for our 3 night break. The staff who looked after us well were very obliging, well mannered and spoke good quality English. Overall, the hotel is spacious and contained a spa, bowling alley and other features. The rooms were of good size and splendid vistas of the old town could be seen from our bedroom. The breakfasts were buffet style and several of the items on offer were a selection of fruit juices, porridge, fresh fruit, cold meat and cheeses, plus hot foods and the only issue there was that there were no hot plates..
We would go back to this hotel if we are again in Riga

Room Tip: opt for a high floored hotel room facing the front of hotel

This is a good hotel a stones throw from the old town in Riga. The rooms were modern and clean and the staff were very helpful and polite. We ate lunch on the roof terrace with great veiws over the city. The food was excellent (even for vegetarians) and the service was good too. Breakfast was buffet style and covered all tastes. Overall a very good stay in a reasonably priced hotel. Caron & Tony

Had room number 623, view over bridge of Riga.
The hotel room very clean, modern, nice bed.
The bathroom is good but nothing special. Change shampoo/wash soup. You can do better.
The breakfast was very tasty. Good selection of Latvian food and full breakfast.
Excellent location, walking to old city about 10-15 mins.
Reception staff friendly but unhelpful. They not understood what we say (we are deaf). They not enough write English. Haven't special for deaf things. If any alarm/fire?! Why they haven't help us?! Uncomfortably with us?!

Room Tip: Taxi and map!!! Deaf specials!!!

My wife and I were in this hotel for 4 nights. Experience was extremely satisfactory throughout. Our requests were granted quickly. Breakfast food offered was plentiful and of good quality and the service very good. The bathroom was a bit cramped but passable. As our room was located on the 2nd floor we had very little view.

Helpfull stuff, very big, modern furnished and comfortable room with a nice view (7th floor), only with a bit to small bathroom. Good location, just a 10-15 minutes to the old town. The breakfast was ok. The pity was, that the terrace was closed most of the time and we couldn't see the Tall Ships from there...
