This was my one must-see item on my trip to Riga, and I wasn't disappointed. The whole street is a marvel of the style, and it was interesting to peek into the entry halls of a few to see that the buildings are equally ornate inside.
This whole area north of the park is actually full of nice examples of art noveau architecture, although not in such a concentration as this one street. It's worth wandering further just to spot more interesting details.
