Under massive rebuilding. Not what you will see in churches in other european cities, but contains a number of cannons, stone pieces and other objects that are fun to look at and read about.

The outside of the cathedral is draped in scaffolding, and the inside is undergoing renovations too. The Romanesque cloister attached to the building is scenic and peaceful. There are exhibits about the history of the church, including a statue thought to be an ancient pagan idol. People still put coins on the top of this statue.

The cathedral is in the process of renovation, so it's not much to see from the outside, the interior is rather modest, but the organ concerts are magnificent, the hour if the concert passed like 5 minutes. I loved it!

UNESCO commenced reconstruction of the cathedral in 2000 and it is ongoing. The big feature is the magnificent organ, one of the finest in Europe. After the big fire of 1547 a new organ was completed in 1594, only to be struck by lightning in 1707 and re-built in 1709. In 1721 the facade was replaced in the baroque style, while the organ was re-constructed in 1776. A new instrument was installed in 1884 and that is the organ we would see today (if all the scaffolding was removed!).

The entrance costs 2 LVL and there is not really much to see. The church is practically bare.
Better invest you pennies somewhere else.
