As the name of the museum suggests - this Latvian museum of foreign arts is located in a building where the stock exchange used to be before the WWII. The location is very central and it's easy to find. The permanent collection is quite small but interesting and nicely set up on the top floor of the museum. There are changing exhibitions on the lower floors. If you're at all interested in fine arts this a place you shouldn't miss while in Riga.
