We were glad to find that this tower and a lift from the 2nd floor to the top. Once there the views are brilliant over all of the city. It is well worth going on.

After two staircases there is a small lift which brings you to the top.
The view was absolutely magnificent.
However, 5 lts is a lot of money for just the view.

Fantastic view from the top not that much to see inside be well worth the trip to the top. It was my birthday so we had an I promptu birthday on the grass out side which is opposite the government building a lot of coming and going . Some very nice cafe's outside do check the times that you can go up the tower The local fish, meat, veg market is walkable and well worth the visit.

We visited on a day trip from our July Baltic cruise. We found the entrance fee to be pricey compared to other European countries. The staff was not friendly and they would not speak English. It's great that there is an elevator to take you up to the top. You do need to pay and line up for it. There were lots of tourists when we reached the top, so we took our photo's and came back down quickly. The view is nice and it gives a perspective of the Town's size. I would recommend a visit if you're in Riga.

There were no public restrooms available in the Church or the area, and no one would assist in finding one.

We liked our experience a lot more while visiting Churches in other European countries.
