The hotel is situated in a "ghost city", lots of empty or half-constructed buildings around. If you come by car, be aware of that their parking lot is a nightmare, and if you happen to have a bigger car than for insatnce Fiat Punto, you will be in trouble turning around. You can park also in the street if you are lucky enough to find a place (in most cases you will not be lucky). There is a strange bad smell in the corridors, resembles the smell of mould.
The room I was given had a window towards the main street, so that when the trolleybus passed the floor was shaking. The positive side included bath tube and cleanliness. Free cable internet in room, they provide you with the cable.
The breakfast was enough not to die from starvation, but nothing to remember either. It is definitely NOT a 4-star-hotel as they classify themselves.More
