Large business and tourist hotel, centrally located. Efficient and helpful front desk service. Was upgraded to a large and comfortable de-luxe room on the back of the building. That means no traffic noise but with a view to the not particularly attractive backyard. The wall-to-wall carpet on the floor I found very ugly but that is a question of taste. Large, modern and functional bathroom, more hooks would be useful.

Breakfast wide choice but quality disappointing. Only small selection of bread and fresh fruit. Scrambled eggs, cheese, porridge etc. had no taste.

The Nordic Forum Hotel is very well located, near the Old Town. Large and very nice designed bathroom, with a glass wall facing the bedroom. Strange but OK. The free WiFi works well.
Good breakfast, and friendly staff.

I liked this hotel. Very nice and comfy rooms, tasty food and friendly staff. Nordic Hotel Forum is close to the Old Town and shops. It's a pity, but I didn't try a pool. However, my friend really liked it.
Internet was ok.
Our room was quiet comfortable with a big TV set.
A little bit strange was to have a bathroom with a glass wall facing the bedroom! However, I shared my room with a friend, so it was fine.
To sum up, I would recommend this hotel!

Great value, nice rooms, well maintained and friendly informative staff - also excellently run conference facilities ( I forget the ladies names but 'Thank You'). Literally just around the corner from the Old Town and on main tram route so great for the business traveller with limited free time.

Big downside for me was lack of coffee making facilites - when you are using your room as an office in the evenings why should you use room service with a 6 Euro surcharge? Odd bathroom too - shower had a glass wall facing the bedroom - ok if sharing with somebody you know well! Also the service in the lobby bar - 20 mins for a sandwich - and only me there? I don't think so.

Be warned - this hotel is used by large touring parties so breakfast can get a busy - but food well managed and we never seemed to be missing or waiting for anything - staff made sure tables were cleared and re-set promptly to help with the turnover.

Also the pool looks HUGE in the photos - haha - it isn't. Don't expect to be trawling lengths before breakfast.

Internet was a bit weird - it was showing 2 networks - one worked and one didn't which was odd and I never found out why. All in all a great place to stay - good location, Will definately use it again - 9 euros for a local taxi to airport.

The hotel is good value and close to the historic old centre. As others have mentioned there is no coffee or tea making facilities in the room although there is a small fairly reasonably priced mini bar. My room on the eighth floor was quiet spacious with a good flat screen television and working desk area. there was no bath but an efficient walk in shower and the whole bathroom is tiled as a wet room. There are good toiletries but the towels are very thin and not very big. There is free internet in the hotel and this was very helpful. Reception staff were excellent as were the majority of the others, however a colleague I was travelling with had an unfortunate incident in the breakfast room with a waitress 'finding' his phone that was not lost, so is my advice is do not leave any items on your breakfast table when you visit the buffet. Breakfast was excellent with massive choice of hot and cold selections. Bar food in the evenings was also very good for a large hotel. Beds were comfortable and the pool is very nice after a busy day. The AC in my room was very efficient and in my weeks stay I woke up cold on occasions. There are taxis outside the reception and the cost to and from the airport is only 10 Euros at the time of writing. The drivers are very polite. Overall a very good hotel which made a good impression, that was let down by one person.

Room Tip: top floor eighth is quiet and on same level as Sauna and pool

The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to most of the attractions you want to see in the old city.
Internet in my room was not working due to location of routers on the floor. No coffee or tea facilities in room, but a cooler with cold drinks are available. Definitely not a bad hotel. They just need to sort out Internet for all the rooms.
