Third time in this hotel, and just as good as before. Located close to the Old Town, and Viru center with lot of shopping possibilites close by. Hotel is very clean and comfortable, rooms tidy and spacious enough. What attracts me the most is that there is hardly any noise ever. Peaceful so one can sleep without any disturbance.
Spa is nice, especially if you need to relax a bit after walking all day around the city. And the view from the spa is just great!
Breakfast is good , plenty of option s for everyone, fresh fruits, eggs, porrige, bacon. Only downside this time was the coffee. No coffee pots on the tables (as was before), only one big coffee tank, and a long queue to that... But all in all, will be back for sure.

This hotel is really cean and nice. The breakfast is one of the best ever in my experience. On the highest level is spa department with swimming pool, jacuzzi and a little gym. The location is exellent. I can warmly recommend this hotel.

Having stayed here for a long weekend I cannot fault. All staff were very helpful, everything was working and very very clean. The breakfast in the mornings were outstanding with the largest choice and variety of food I have ever seen all looking and what I had tasting lovely. The morning swim sauna steam and jacuzzi were the cherry on the cake.

Highly recommend

We stayed in this hotel while on a short break in Tallinn. Its location is great, being a three minute walk from the old town. The hotel is huge and very busy. The decor is quite dated and parts of the hotel could do with some TLC. The towels were changed daily, however had seen better days! The breakfast was served in the restaurant and there was a good variety of food. However it was quite chaotic, with no staff member appearing to be in charge. As a result, tables were rarely cleaned off and re-set and food often ran out. Our room was a good size. When we arrived we were given a room at the front of the hotel facing on to the main road. There was a strange red due in the room, which was helped by a patterned carpet. We asked to be changed and got a quieter room. There is also a very good leisure centre, although the gym only comprises a few machines.

I chose Nordic Forum instead of an historic hotel within the old town mainly because it had most everything I want when traveling - good location near main sights and transportation, clean, modern rooms, a comfy bed and reliable WiFi. Perfect for a short visit from Helsinki. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet could have used more fresh fruit, but otherwise had a really nice assortment.

It's just a 5 minute walk to the old city walls and maybe 10-15 to the port.

I can only say that I'll stay in this hotel again. It is conveniently located within walking distance from the old town, ferry terminals and shops. Rooms are big enough with comfy beds and getting regularly cleaned (they also replenish toiletries). Nordic offers a very good breakfast but you should be there early enough (7:00 - 7:15) to enjoy it. Otherwise the restaurant gets quite crowded. The Spa facility is good but the water in the swimming pool was a little bit cool to my liking. There is a hop-on hop-off sightseeing bus stop next to the hotel. Right behind the hotel there's a newly refurbished warehouse area (Rotermanni quarter) which has several decent restarunts, bars and shops. Nordic is 10 min drive away from the airport. Licensed taxis in front of the hotel ask under 10 EUR for the ride. Note for the Russian speakers: staff perhaps understand you but the are reluctant to speak in Russian

The hotel is situated in one of the main streets of Tallinn and very near the old town. The hotel is rather new. The rooms have all the necessary supplies needed; air conditioning, safe deposit box, hairdryer, minibar, tv, shampoos etc. There is also a "relaction area" with swimming pool, jacuzzi and two saunas in the upper floor of the hotel.

We traveled as a group of friends with uneven number of people. This hotel was not the best one in that respect. The one who had to sleep in the extra bed, which was not actually a real bed, had to pay the same room price than the rest of the group...
